Black Spot Remover was used on a heavily soiled concrete patio with a decent proportion of lichen coverage. You can see white spot and black spot present on top of the paving before the cleaning process.
Black Spot Remover was applied following the instructions and left for just under two hours before being pressure washed and rinsed off. The results are very impressive, there are paving colours that simply haven't been seen for years on this patio.
The remaining black areas in the stone are actually flecks of stone which were included in the manufacturing process of the concete slabs.
Stone flecks in the concrete slabs can be seen here on close ups, when images are taken from further away they look like darker patches.
