Did you know EASYClickBase is made from 100% recycled ABS plastic?
- 320kg of ABS plastic is recycled into each 50m2 of EASYClickBase.
- Any unused off cuts can then be fully recycled.

Independent Testing
The following surfaces were compared side-by-side using a Falling Weight Reflectometer:
- Pavers on EASYClickBase on 25mm of aggregate
- Pavers on EASYClickBase on 25mm of aggregate with tile cavities also filled
- Pavers on 150mm of compacted coarse aggregate (UK 2/6 – USA #9)
- Pavers on 300mm of compacted coarse aggregate (UK 14/20 – USA #57)
And the winner is…
EASYClickBase scored an equivalent Impulse Stiffness Modulus (ISM) to both traditional surfaces. With the cavities filled with aggregate it was stiffer than both!
Installation
Guide
Please note site conditions may vary, as such installation methods will differ.
Step 1: Remove
Remove just enough soil to achieve the desired height for the finished surface.
Top Tip! Only remove what is necessary.
Step 2: Grade
Grade the soil to set as level as possible.
Top Tip! Remember this step will save time and minimise aggregate.
Step 3: Level
Apply a thin layer of bedding aggregate to provide a level and stable surface.
Top Tip! Remember to allow for falls.
Step 4: Lay
Lay the EASYClickBase in a brick bond pattern.
Top Tip! Make sure the connection points are clean, free of debris, smooth and flush. Remember to listen for the “click”.
Step 5: Apply
Lay the desired slabs, blocks, bricks or paving where required.
Top Tip! A 6mm bead of Adhesive on the perimeter of the tile is ideal for porcelain and other suitable paving slabs.
Step 6: Finish
Fill the joints with the appropriate Azpects jointing product.
Top Tip! This will provide extra strength and durability, as well as a smoother finish.
EASYClickBase meets all the requirements for traditional patio installations while being more environmentally friendly, suitable for restricted access sites and a lot cleaner and quicker than conventional installations.
EASYClickBase can also be used for paved driveways.
100% Recycled and recyclable ABS plastic (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)
ABS is dimensionally stable with excellent tensile strength, surface hardness, and non-conductive properties remain hard, rigid and tough even at low temperatures.

EASYClickBase has been tested to a maximum of 30 tonnes where permanent deformation accrued, so we suggest not to exceed 20 tonnes (when installed correctly) which is more than any domestic patio or driveway requires.

To adhere porcelain to EASYClickBase, use an Adhesive and follow the installation instructions.
Yes, you can even use EASYJoint PRO, our 2-part epoxy resin jointing compound.
