Paul Taylor
Chairman
In 2009, Paul created Azpects alongside Michael Downing. They launched the first product, EASYJoint, in January 2010.
Michael Downing
Director
In 2009, Michael created Azpects alongside Paul Taylor. They launched the first product, EASYJoint, in January 2010.
Michael has been involved in the landscaping industry since 1980 when he started on a very small scale manufacturing patio slabs. His knowledge of the industry is second to none and he brings valuable experience and insight to the business.
David Eastgate
Commercial Director
David joined Azpects from the start back in early 2010. Bringing with him a background in B2B sales systems, David used those skills to build a compelling sales platform for use within builders’ merchants.
David’s approach has always been excellent product knowledge coupled with tireless persistence. A firm basis which led to strong product sales and commercial success.
Kevin Ager
Managing Director
Kevin joined Azpects in 2016 as a Regional Sales Manager.
In 2021 Kevin was rewarded for all his dedication and hard work and promoted to Sales Director. He quickly influenced the future direction of the company and forged close relationships with senior personnel within Azpects customer base.
When Paul Taylor took a step back in the business in 2024, the natural and obvious replacement as Managing Director was Kevin. From here he has steered the business through structural changes and is a well-respected industry figure.
Jeff Carter
Product Director
Jeff joined Azpects in 2013, the first and longest serving employee. Taking on a number of varied roles over the years he progressed to his current role as Product Director.
With a background in sales and customer support, Jeff now leads the development of new products and helps manage their route to market. He holds IOSH qualifications in Health & Safety as well as being First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid trained.
Chris Bourne
Sales & Marketing Director
Chris joined Azpects in 2023 with dedicated experience in the landscape sector
Chris’ career in the builders’ merchant world began in 1999. Progressing from trade counter to a regional role, through people management and key account development to Sales Director for a decorative aggregates supplier
Chris enjoys developing his industry expertise and meeting the challenges of working with Azpects as a brand leader.
